welcome to the sanctuary where
my mind vomits into cyberspace,
and every day is a good day :)

ABOUT ME

Winter break was a really awesome three weeks filled with carefree adventures and endless conversation. And as much as college has broadened our minds and horizons, it’s funny to talk to my friends and see that they are still exactly the same. And yes, that includes the immaturity. I wonder how long we can keep that up?
And now it’s that time again- the day when I leave home, board a plane, and fly across the country. Leaving home for Princeton is always bittersweet. As excited as I am to be back on campus, saying goodbyes to my closest friends and family is never something I look forward to.
The goodbye’s to my friends this time were different. For some, I will see them in less than a month. But for others, I won’t see them until at least summer. While the goodbyes do get a little easier every time, they still leave me feeling a little bit empty inside. I guess it’s because I know that I won’t be able to talk to them as much during the semester. And I know that I’ll miss them. A lot.
But it’ll be okay :) It never is actually that bad because time moves way quicker than you realize or would expect.
Thanks for an amazing winter break, and I can’t wait to see you all soon! By the way, wish me luck in the arctic weather, aka sub-50 degrees, aka east coast is too cold :P
Okay. I promise I’ll suck it up and stop being a drama queen.
Actually, maybe not. Give me a few years to get used to it.
